Lady Dvora: No food fell off - we were careful. I must admit that, when you picnic on the roof, you don't take the whole big spread of fried chicken, potato salad, iced tea, fruit, brownies, knives, forks, cups and napkins. If the navigation is complicated (and it was) the food needs to be simple. And, as far as next summer, you are invited to my roof any time, as long as your mother is not aghast at the idea.
